Mobile broadband Wi-Fi hub announced

Announced this morning was that a new mobile broadband product was making it's way to Three. Known as a dongle adaptor, it allows you to simply plug in most 3 USB modems which will then turn this new gadget into a WiFi hotspot hub. This allows you to surf the web using devices such as laptops, iPads and in fact anything that can pick up wireless internet signals.

The Wi Fi hub is mains powered and is ideal for use at home or even in the workplace. At any one time up to 5 devices can connect and enjoy a super fast 3G broadband internet connection. This first version will support dongle speeds of up to 21 Mbps.

Like most modern hubs, this one has a great range and will offer a clear signal from up to 30 meters away. All the units supplied will come in black as shown in the photo above.
